Use of the Service

You agree to use Postra in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to post, schedule, or distribute:

  • Harmful, abusive, or harassing materials
  • Spam or misleading information
  • Content that violates third-party rights

    • We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these rules.

    Your Account

    You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes.

    If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

    Intellectual Property

    Postra owns all rights to the software, branding, and platform infrastructure.

    You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or schedule using the platform. By using Postra, you grant us permission to process and store that content for the purpose of providing our services.

    Integration with Other Platforms

    Postra may allow you to connect to and post on third-party platforms like Twitter or Instagram. Your use of those platforms through Postra is subject to their own terms, policies, and limitations.

    We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content moderation of these external services.

    User Responsibilities and Content

    You are solely responsible for any content you publish or schedule through Postra. This includes ensuring that your content complies with local and international laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

    Postra does not review or approve user content and is not liable for what you post.

    Support and Maintenance

    We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Service disruptions, maintenance windows, or third-party API outages may affect availability.

    Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Use the platform in harmful or abusive ways
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity

    • In cases of termination, access to your scheduled or stored content may be revoked.

    Limitation of Liability

    Postra is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or scheduled content
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Errors caused by third-party APIs
  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service

    • Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    Changes to the Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

    By continuing to use Postra after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
